Job Discription

1. Approve transactions and use of funds for departments

2. Initiate & Approve Online Transactions – purchase requisitions, budget transfers

3. Approve all invoices against departmental codes

4. Monitor the status of budget spending/activity by reviewing financial reports.

5. Prepare the annual budget of the services that are being managed & presenting it to the management

6. Designing effective budget models for all departments

7. Review budget requests for approval and forecast future budget needs

8. Ensure department managers meet budget submission deadlines

• Understand business transactions of the organization and prepare relevant

accounting entries using computerized business and accounting systems.

• Responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day accounting along with

intercompany transactions and reconciliations

• Prepare daily weekly reports as requested by the Management

• Preferred working as internal auditor.

• Responsible for monthly closing of books of accounts the company

• Analyze and investigate accounting transactions prepare periodic financial

statements and various performance and budgeting reports.

• Responsible for supervising all Cheques and incoming payments & bank transfers.

• Maintain strong professional relationship with external customers

• Coordination with External auditors for final audited report

• Comply with applicable accounting policies and procedures and

pronouncements of International Financial Reporting Standards.

• Engage in the continuous update of accounting procedures and internal controls

• Contribute to improving the functionality and reporting of computerized

business and accounting systems.

• Reconcile bank statements

• Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents

• Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule

• Contribute to a strong client relationship through positive interactions

• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and

strengthen internal controls

• Support business daily operations and communicate effectively with Business GM on

daily work status and resolve client financial issues that may arise

• Support month-end and year-end close process

• Professional experience as a Desktop Management Engineer, providing Windows Desktop application deployment

• SCCM Engineer will join the User Computing Department in its support of the End User Support.

• The SCCM Engineer will be responsible for providing design, deploying, configuring and support of desktop technologies in a distributed environment.

• The SCCM Engineer will be responsible for software distribution and patch management, Image creation and Security / policies requirements certification including image hardening as well as building and deploying software packages to workstations. The selected candidate will provide administration support for software package development and configuration management and will research and evaluate software and hardware technologies.
